Yahoo Site Explorer is Laid to Rest

Yahoo-Site-ExplorerBeing a part of SEO industry we all must have have Yahoo Site Explorer. Without doubts it is one of the best and the oldest tool to get the insights of any website.

It was created by Tim Mayer and was first launched in  September 29th, 2005 and now it is laid to rest by Yahoo on November 21st, 2011. During this 6 years of journey Yahoo Site Explorer has done a lot to many Website Owners, Webmasters and SEO Experts (including me).

Also it was after Yahoo Site Explorer many other sites started similar services but none of them is as popular and easy to operate as Yahoo Site Explorer.  We now know that Yahoo site explorer is not going to offer its services, so definitely Website Owners, Webmasters and SEO Experts must be looking for alternatives. So, here are few of them:

Open Site Explorerhttp://www.opensiteexplorer.org/
MajesticSEOhttp://www.majesticseo.com/
Link Diagnosishttp://www.linkdiagnosis.com/
Google Webmaster Toolshttp://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
Bing Webmaster Centralhttp://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster
Blekkohttp://www.blekko.com/
SEO Spyglasshttp://www.link-assistant.com/seo-spyglass/
RavenTools Research Centralhttp://raventools.com/seo-tools/

At last, I would like to thank Tim and his team who made this wonderful tool and helped us a lot and above all Yahoo Site Explorer.
